"For this project, the original challenge was to place the balloon mascot character in shots where it needed to float, which was not achievable with the physical prop during filming, especially because it didn't retain the desired look and shine as per the director's vision. However, upon seeing the high quality and seamless integration of the 3D character, they decided to explore the creative possibilities of designing a new character that would better connect with the target audience and be unique and memorable. As a team, we paid special attention to details, both in removing the prop in each scene and in the 3D render, to ensure flawless integration with the lighting and colors of the filmed plate.
The result was a realistic and personality-filled balloon mascot that naturally blended with the scene. We are proud to have successfully achieved this project, and we hope you enjoy the result as much as we enjoyed creating it."
